DirectorReach provides access to a database of UK company director contact information, including verified email addresses and phone numbers, compiled from Companies House records and other publicly available business sources.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete business information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the data provided by DirectorReach only for:
- Legitimate B2B marketing and sales outreach
- Business development and partnership opportunities
- Market research and analysis
- Due diligence and compliance purposes
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited consumer marketing (B2C)
- Facilitate spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data without authorisation
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk download data beyond your purchased allowance
- Violate any applicable laws including GDPR, PECR, or the Data Protection Act 2018
5. Data Usage Compliance
By using our Service, you confirm that:
- You are a business user contacting directors for legitimate B2B purposes
- You will comply with all applicable data protection laws
- You will honour opt-out requests promptly
- You will not use the data for purposes incompatible with the original collection purpose
- You accept responsibility for your use of the data
6. Payment Terms
Access to our director database requires payment. By purchasing credits or subscribing:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Credits are non-refundable except where required by law
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
- You authorise us to charge your payment method
7. Data Accuracy
While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date director information, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Director appointments, resignations, and contact details change frequently. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including our database compilation, verification algorithms, and user interface, is owned by App Factory Dev Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the data for permitted purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Factory Dev Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or the director data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless App Factory Dev Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the director data
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws
- Any claims by data subjects arising from your use of the data
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the director data
- Non-payment of fees
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, you must cease using and delete any downloaded data.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
